Torturing People Part 11

Underwater balloon

Suggested materials
1. Weights
2. Buoyancy Control Device (BCD)
3. Air tanks
4. Deep water
5. and other diving equipments (for 2 divers)

Steps
1. Convince your victim and bring him to open water scuba diving. (make sure it's open water, you don't want you victim to trap and drown ^^)
2. Dive into water no less than 8metres deep.
3. At that depth, quickly inflate your victim's BCD. Ensure the inflater is out of your victim's grip.
4. Watch him/her bubble up to the surface.


Note: For really dramatic effect, go down to 30m or deeper, and increase your victim's bounyancy. He/she may just explode from the drastic change in pressure. ;)

Caution: This torture can really kill someone. Treat your victims well: don't kill them (too quickly).
