Torturing people part 4

Since I'm feeling terrible and mean today...

This is no joke. This might as well be the worst way a person (victim) can ever be treated.

For this torture, you'll have to be cold-blooded and heartless. This is for real.
Steps:
1. Give your victim all the hopes possible.
2. When he/she is soooo full of hope, take it all away from him/her.

He/she would really be heartbroken. That's how quite a number of people commit suicide after being dumped by the boyfriend/girlfriend by the way. Without hope, there's practically no point in living.
How did I think of this torture? Experiencing now! Arhhh!
